Job Description
Our Accident Repair Centre is looking for a committed and competent Customer Service Advisor who ideally has motor trade experience and, in particular, the Kerridge System.
This is a demanding role which requires exceptional organisation and communication skills. Excellent customer service experience and first rate IT competency are essential along with a pleasant and professional approach to problem solving.
We offer a friendly and pleasant working environment in our head office in the north of Glasgow.
Package
Fixed period of 12 months - possibility of becoming permanent
Salary £15,000 - £16,000 per annum with OTE £18,000
